We have both lived in Malaga for over 35 years, Melanie (half Danish/half Spanish) has University studies and experience of 20 years related to Real Estate services. James (English mother tongue) is qualified in Marketing and Sales and has an extensive knowledge about Spanish burocracy regarding paperwork whether you are buying a property or selling a property, renting a property, health insurance, public health affiliation, making appointments with the administration, NIE Applications TIE Applications, we are here to make these mondaying tasks a lot more simpler.
